The consultation process
Three components are at the heart of the consultation process; spiritual direction, ministry clarity and execution excellence. An intense dialogue with creative, thought provoking and challenging insights are offered to inspire and release the God-given potential in each person and organizations. Practical and innovative methods are blended with the gifts and resources that make every individual and community unique.

Lekesha is a graduate of the University of Houston with a BA in Psychology. She holds two Master's Degrees from Regent University in Community Counseling (earning outstanding student honors) and Practical Theology. Lekesha was the first ministerial leader of Training & Equipping Ministry in her local church while completing graduate studies. After serving as chaplain of the Counseling School and participant in several campus student lead initiatives, Lekesha returned to Texas in 2001 to work as the first ordained female minister in a local church. By God’s grace at work in her life she was later appointed as the first female assistant pastor to serve the church. In that role she participated in the training of several associate ministers and gave leadership to a ministerial staff of nine men and women. During the nearly seven years she served on staff, Lekesha developed a new vision for Bible study and discipleship under the S.A.L.T. (Spirit And Life Training) Institute, a 10-week Teacher Training Program. While there she enhanced Bible study and discipleship options and supervised the direction of more than 30 ministries.
In 2007 Lekesha was honored by God with the visionary leadership for establishing HER Call Ministries (HCM), “The Network for Women in Ministry”. A group of six female ministers and two volunteers assisted her in establishing the ministry as a 501(c)3 organization. In less than six months HCM gained recognition by some of Texas' most respected male and female leaders. Pastors and lay leaders, new and mature, have attended seminars and networking mixers to receive more than they expected. HCM is known for its quality of programming and spiritual depth that leaders value. The next year for HCM includes plans to extend the network throughout the Gulf Coast region and connect with women nationally through Internet-based instruction.
Lekesha's exposure to diverse ministry contexts, more than 15 years of experience as a leader and formal training have made her very sensitive to unique needs and knowledgeable about effective practices. Her passion is assisting others to fortify the basics of spiritual growth in micro and macro ministry relationships to reveal a greater glory of the Church in the earth.
